CPTSD & trauma group therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive space to heal in connection with others. Our somatic therapy groups are trauma‑informed, body‑based, and paced with care, so healing unfolds through both individual awareness and shared experience.
Why group therapy?
Many patterns shaped by trauma and attachment live in relationship. Group therapy creates opportunities to practice safety, boundaries, and connection in real time, while being witnessed and supported.
Relational healing
Explore patterns around closeness, trust, and self-expression within a supportive group container.
Nervous system support
Learn regulation skills and experience co-regulation through shared presence and pacing.
Access + community
Low-fee groups help make trauma-informed care more accessible while fostering connection.

Is somatic group therapy right for me?
Somatic group therapy can be a good fit if you're curious about healing in connection, want to work on relational patterns, or are seeking a more accessible way to receive ongoing support for trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, or nervous system dysregulation. A brief consultation can help determine whether a group feels aligned for you at this time.
